Details that make a proposal accurate
- The number of homes, by property type (for example 8 Tyneside flats, 3 semis).
- The kit line for each, if you know it. If not, the outside space each type has.
- Postcode districts, so we can price ballast and delivery.
- Delivery to addresses, one site, or collection from the counter.
- Any wall installs, which need a professional assessment first.
- Timing: between tenancies, a set programme, or pricing only for now.

What the proposal includes
- the kit line for each property type, with the reason
- your tier and the price per kit line, once trade terms are signed
- ballast per site, sized to the maker's guidance
- delivery drops or counter collection, priced separately
- the per-household checklist and our spec summaries

Once the proposal is accepted
Open a trade account, confirm the drops or collection dates, and pay for each order before it's dispatched. Kits go out as the schedule says; each household registers its kit at myplugin.solar before first use.
Questions
How soon will I hear back?
We come back to every proposal request, but we won't promise a time. Prices depend on trade terms that are still being finalised.
Is a proposal binding?
No. It's a priced offer. Nothing is ordered until you accept it and pay.
