Van, wagon or scheduled site drops
We deliver from our yard in NE13 across the North East: Tyneside, Wearside, County Durham and Northumberland. Charges are priced per drop on each proposal.

Zones and charges
Delivery zones and charges for Tyneside, Wearside, County Durham and Northumberland are being set with our first trade terms. Until then, each proposal prices delivery by drop and location.
Outside the North East, ask us. Kits can be used in England, Scotland and Wales, and we can't supply addresses in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
Scheduled rollouts
For a phased rollout, we'll agree drop dates with you and confirm each one before it goes out. Delivery days are requested days: weather or a vehicle problem can move one, and we'll tell you if it does.
Site access requirements
- Someone on site to receive the cartons and check them.
- A clear, level route for cartons from 41kg to 96kg, and two people to move each one.
- Space for a van or wagon to stop safely, with any height, width or weight limits told to us in advance.
- For pallets, a forklift or pallet truck at your end.
- Somewhere dry and flat to store cartons until install day.

Do you deliver to individual tenants?
We can drop to each address in a portfolio. Tell us on the proposal request.
Can you carry kits into the back yard?
Plan to move cartons from the kerb yourselves. Tell us about access and we'll say what we can do on the proposal.
