Every kit must go to a home in England, Scotland or Wales, one per household. We don't supply plug-in kits for business premises or community buildings.

Accounts start on pay-as-you-order: each order is paid before it's dispatched or collected. We're not offering credit accounts at launch.

We check that the business is who it says it is, for example on Companies House for a limited company, and that the kits are for homes. We may ask for a website, a registration number or a short note on how you'll use the kits.
