Business premises
Solar for small business premises in the North East
Units, workshops and shopfronts need an installed solar system, not a plug-in kit. Register interest and we'll come back to you about an installer quote.
Why plug-in kits aren't for business premises
The plug-in solar rules are written for households: one kit per home, registered to that home. We don't supply plug-in kits for business use.
Installed systems for units, workshops and shopfronts
An installed system is designed for the building and fitted by an installer. We're lining up installers for North East premises. Register interest below; we'll only pass your details to an installer once we've told you who they are and you've said yes.
Panels are never fixed to cladding.
Matching solar to daytime trading hours
Solar makes power in daylight, so premises that trade through the day use more of it on site. Tell us your opening hours and roughly what you use, and the installer can size a system to suit.
